DAY 45 — LOVE IS RESPONSIBILITY
Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.
Day 45.
February 14th.
While the world talks about romance, I’m thinking about something else:
Love is responsibility.
If you love your family, your partner, your people —
you train to be capable for them.
Not to impress them.
Not to intimidate anyone.
But to stand firm when things get heavy.
Today wasn’t flashy.
It was deliberate, grounded, and protective.

FINAL BLOCK — STEADY RUCK
Ruck March:
60 minutes
Moderate load
Smooth pace
Breath controlled
Head up, aware of surroundings
This is not punishment.
This is preparedness.
COOLDOWN (10–12 min):
Slow walk
Hip flexors, hamstrings, chest
Thoracic mobility
Supine breathing x 6 minutes
NOTES / REFLECTION
Front squats demanded clean structure
Bench stayed stable under load
Carries reminded me how quickly grip fades under fatigue
Ruck felt calm — steady and purposeful
Day 45 isn’t about proving toughness.
It’s about reinforcing something deeper:
Strength is an act of care.
Endurance is an act of responsibility.
Discipline is an act of love.
Train like someone depends on you.
Because they do.
Endure.
