DAY 45 — LOVE THE WORK
Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.
February 14th.
While the world talks about love in one way,
I’m thinking about it differently.
Love is responsibility.
Love is preparation.
Love is making sure you are strong enough, capable enough, steady enough —
for the people who rely on you.
Day 45 wasn’t romantic.
It was disciplined.
Because one of the purest forms of love is this:
Training so you don’t become a liability.

Front squats demanded composure under load
Grip fatigue hit hard in the carry complex
Ruck felt steady — no rushing, no drifting
Mental clarity was strong throughout
Day 45 reinforced something bigger than training:
Strength isn’t selfish.
Preparedness isn’t paranoia.
Discipline isn’t obsession.
It’s love expressed through action.
Be strong enough to protect.
Be steady enough to lead.
Be capable enough to carry what matters.
Train for reality.
Endure.
