DAY 85 — NO DROP AT THE END

Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.

Day 85.

Fifteen days left.

This is where most people start to taper off.

Not intentionally.

Just small things:

A little less effort.

A little less focus.

A little less distance.

It doesn’t feel like quitting.

But it is.

Today was about shutting that down completely.

There is no drop at the end.

If anything — this is where the standard matters most.

Because finishing strong isn’t about one big push.

It’s about not letting anything slip.

TRAINING LOG – DAY 85: HOLD THE STANDARD

Nasal breathing priority

Same distance.

Same standard.

No drop.

COOLDOWN (10–15 min)

Hip flexors and calves

Supine breathing x 8 minutes

NOTES / REFLECTION

Front squats demanded full focus under fatigue

Press remained stable

Carries tested grip immediately

Ruck required patience late in the session

Day 85 reinforced something simple:

The end doesn’t need something new.

It needs consistency at the highest standard you’ve built.

Fifteen days left.

No drop.

No fade.

Finish it properly.

Endure.
