DAY 61 — MOVE WITH INTENTION, NOT EMOTION
Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.
Day 61.
The deeper you go into something like this,
the less emotional it becomes.
No hype.
No “let’s go.”
No dramatic build-up.
Just intention.
Today wasn’t about pushing limits.
It was about moving with precision and staying sharp under manageable load.
Because survivability isn’t emotional.
It’s deliberate.

Day 61 reminded me:
Emotion fades.
Motivation fluctuates.
Intention stays.
Move with purpose.
Stay composed.
Keep building.
Still here.
Still steady.
Endure.
