DAY 77 — KEEP SHOWING UP
Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.
Day 77.
Nothing new today.
No breakthrough.
No dramatic shift.
No sudden surge in strength or endurance.
Just another day of showing up.
And that’s the point.
Because by now, the difference between people who are prepared and people who aren’t isn’t talent.
It’s consistency.
The willingness to keep moving when the work feels repetitive.
To keep loading the body when it’s already been loaded for weeks.
To keep choosing discipline over comfort.
Today was exactly that.

Day 77 reinforced something simple:
You don’t need a perfect session.
You need a repeatable one.
Because preparation isn’t built on standout days.
It’s built on days like this —
where you show up, do the work, and move forward.
Still here.
Still consistent.
Endure.
