DAY 75 — THREE QUARTERS THROUGH
Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.
Day 75.
Three quarters of the way through this 100-day project.
But this isn’t a finish line.
It’s a checkpoint.
Because the first 75 days weren’t about proving anything — they were about building the machine.
Strength in the legs.
Strength in the back.
Grip that doesn’t give up early.
An engine that can keep moving long after the novelty of a workout disappears.
The final 25 days aren’t about starting something new.
They’re about asking one simple question:
Can the system you built actually hold under pressure?
Today was another reminder of that.
Load the body.
Move the distance.
Stay calm under fatigue.

This remains the anchor of the entire project.

Supine breathing x 8 minutes
NOTES / REFLECTION
Squats felt stable despite accumulated fatigue
Rows reinforced upper-back endurance
Carries again exposed grip limits
Ruck demanded patience in the final 30 minutes
Day 75 reinforced something important.
Preparation isn’t dramatic.
It’s built quietly through repetition, distance, and discipline.
Twenty-five days left.
No easing up.
No drifting.
Just finishing what was started.
Endure.
