DAY 70 — THIRTY DAYS LEFT
Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.
Day 70.
Thirty days left in this project.
Not a finish line — but the final stretch where things tighten up.
The first 70 days built the base:
Strength.
Endurance.
Distance under load.
The discipline to show up whether it felt exciting or not.
Now the last 30 days are about refinement and reliability.
The goal isn’t to suddenly do something heroic.
It’s to sharpen what already exists — the ability to move, carry, and endure when the body is already carrying fatigue.
Everything from here forward happens from the home base setup.
Barbells.
Heavy dumbbells.
Weighted vest.
Heavy ruck.
Commercial gym access.
Outdoor distance.
No new tools.
Just better execution.
Because survivability doesn’t come from variety.
It comes from repeatable capability.

Day 70 marks the transition.
The foundation is built.
The last 30 days will test whether it holds.
No new system.
No shortcuts.
Just stronger execution of the same principles.
Thirty days left.
Still steady.
Still carrying.
Endure.
