DAY 40 — FORTY DAYS, NO DRIFT
Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.
Day 40.
Not a milestone.
A checkpoint.
Forty days of choosing movement.
Forty days of carrying load.
Forty days of showing up without needing a reason.
Today wasn’t about celebration — it was about verification:
Is the system holding?
Is the body still moving well?
Is the mind still steady?
So the work today was intentional, balanced, and honest.

Hips, hamstrings, calves
Thoracic extension
Supine breathing x 5 minutes
NOTES / REFLECTION
Squats felt consistent — no regression
Bench and hinge stayed stable
Carries still expose posture quickly
Ruck confirmed aerobic base is holding
Forty days in, nothing flashy has changed.
And that’s the point.
Strength is quieter now.
Endurance is steadier.
The mind negotiates less.
This is what preparation looks like.
No drift.
No excuses.
Just capability, built daily.
Day 40 complete.
Endure.
