DAY 97 — THREE DAYS. STAY SHARP.

Kia ora whānau — Jamie here.

Day 97.

Three days left.

This is where it gets dangerous.

Not physically — you’ve already handled that.

Mentally.

Because the finish is close enough now to relax.

To lose edge.

To let small things slide.

That’s how standards drop at the end.

Not all at once — just enough to take the sharpness off.

Today was about the opposite:

Stay sharp.

Every rep clean.

Every carry controlled.

Every step intentional.

No drift.

NOTES / REFLECTION

Front squats required full focus under fatigue

Press remained stable

Carries tested grip immediately

Ruck demanded discipline late

Day 97 reinforced something simple:

The closer you get to the end,

the more attention to detail matters.

Sharpness is a choice.

Three days left.

Stay sharp.

Finish clean.

Endure.
